Sundays at Charis...

Why not come along to Charis on a Sunday -
and find out what you’re missing!

Church is not for you? Then you might find Charis to be a pleasant surprise! Lots of people who come along comment how relaxed and friendly it is.

We aim to provide a friendly environment with uplifting music as part of our worship, a helpful talk based around issues we face in life and a chance at the end to stop and enjoy some coffee.

We begin at 10.30am and aim to finish by 12.00noon. Special activities for the children happen for one hour during the morning.

Our Sunday service takes place in our main room at:

Charis Life Church, Farnborough Road, Clifton, Nottingham, NG11 8JX.

Cell Groups

Cells are the building blocks of Charis Life Church. Simply they are smaller groups within the church where everyone has the chance to grow and develop. They are about friendship, encouragement and learning where groups of people meet together at different times throughout the week usually in someone’s home. Everyone who comes along to Charis is given an opportunity to attend a small group where they can get to know people better, learn about Christianity and the Bible and enjoy fun social activities that the groups organise.

One of the best things about cells is that they don’t have to run to strict formulas.

They can be as varied or as structured as needed. For some people cells are just the beginning of important and meaningful relationships with other Christians that develop far beyond a weekly get together. The important thing about these small groups is that they give a chance to be part of a community and to feel at home in a natural setting.
